Payment

All prices displayed on the website are including VAT inside EU and excluding VAT outside EU and excluding delivery costs.

Tangens Watches ApS accepts online payments via Visa/Dankort, Visa, and MobilePay Online. We do not charge any transaction fees.

Your payment will only be charged when the item is dispatched, unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.

Tangens Watches ApS uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information, meaning your connection and payment details are protected.


Delivery

We ship worldwide. Delivery times are typically 1–3 business days within Denmark and up to one week internationally. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays are dispatched on the next business day. Orders placed on weekdays before 16:00 are dispatched the same day.

In exceptional cases where delivery is delayed, we will notify you by email.

We deliver to private addresses worldwide.

All orders are shipped with GLS within Denmark and DHL for the rest of the world.


Returns and Right of Withdrawal

We offer a 30-day full return policy on items purchased from our webshop.

The 30-day period is calculated from the day you receive your order. You are responsible for any return shipping costs, and you may choose the carrier yourself.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within 30 days. After notifying us, the returned item must be received by us no later than 14 days from the date you informed us that you wish to withdraw.

Notification must be sent by email to contact@tangens-watches.com, clearly stating that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.

Tangens Watches ApS will assess the condition of the item. If the item has been handled beyond what is necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and functioning, it may be considered used and of reduced value. In such cases, you may receive only a partial refund or no refund.


Defects and Claims (3-year period)

We offer a 3-year right to claim for products. This covers defects in materials and/or manufacturing.

Any claim must be made within a reasonable time after you discover the defect. One month is considered a reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed.

This right does not cover defects or damage resulting from incorrect use or improper handling of the product.

Tangens Watches ApS covers return shipping costs for claims to a reasonable extent. We do not accept parcels sent cash on delivery (COD).

Privacy Policy (Personal Data)

When you purchase goods and provide your details, we collect customer data. As the data controller, we process your personal data securely and confidentially. Your personal data is only used and stored for the purposes for which it was collected.

We use third parties to process some information, including shipping/parcel handling services. We have entered into data processing agreements with our partners to ensure they comply with applicable data protection rules.


Complaints and Dispute Resolution

If you would like to contact us, have questions, or wish to submit a complaint, please email contact@tangens-watches.com.

If we are unable to resolve a complaint together, you may use one of the following options:

  • Center for Complaint Resolution via the complaint portal at Nævnenes Hus.
  • Center for Complaint Resolution, Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, Denmark.
  • If you are a consumer residing in another EU country, you may submit your complaint via the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform.
