Shipping

Shipping to Europe

For all orders inside EU, VAT and shipping is included in your total. That means that no other fees, duties or taxes will incur.

Shipping to the rest of the world

All orders are shipped from Denmark, so import duties or taxes may apply. We ship these international orders on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. This means that any outstanding import duties, clearance fees, brokerage fees or any other additional charges are the responsibility of our customer and have to be paid on delivery of your order.

We can’t refund any customs duties paid if you return your watch for a refund. We will deduct any duties, taxes or fees incurred by us from your refund.

Custom officials may request your Social Security Number / Tax ID. Where this is required the shipping company will reach out directly to you. We are not able to prevent this request.

Returns and refunds

How do refunds work?

If your purchase is not exactly what you are looking for, you have 30 days from receiving your order to arrange your return. To initiate the return, please email: contact@tangens-watches.com. We will provide you with the necessary return form and book the return shipment for you.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please note the plastic film must be unremoved from the watch. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

I have rejected the delivery, can I get a refund?

If the recipient refuses delivery of their order due to a customs charge your package will be considered abandoned and disposed of by the shipping carrier and therefore, your order is not eligible for a refund.

Orders that are not received by the recipient and therefore sent back will be deducted a shipping fee.

Warranty

What warranty is included?

We offer a 3 year warranty that is valid from the date of receipt of the watch. We will repair your watch or exchange it if necessary.

What does the warranty cover?

The warranty covers any kind of mechanical fault.
It does not cover accidental damage, scratches and other wear and tear.

VAT

Is VAT included in the price?

For all orders inside EU, VAT is included in the price.

For all orders outside EU, VAT is NOT included in the price.

Please note for our international customers (outside EU), customs, duties, taxes and brokerage fees may incur upon receipt of your order. Unfortunately, these fees are beyond our control, and it will not be calculated in checkout. We recommend contacting your local customs office for information regarding these costs.
